Services
At Spartan Health Science University, our goal is to help each of our students to achieve their dream of becoming a medical professional. While this is a challenging course of study, it is also extremely rewarding, and our graduates obtaining their PG in the USA are now practicing physicians in countries all over the world.
We provide students with a full range of services throughout their course of study. This includes assisting students with the application process as well as supporting them throughout their training both in St. Lucia as well as in the United States.
Support with Admissions
During the admissions process, student have unlimited free hours of counseling, including information about Spartan Health Sciences University, student life, and living in St. Lucia.
We also provide assistance for students in obtaining a passport and all necessary documents, including the Eligibility Certificate from MCI, transcripts, and approval, if necessary, by the International Credential Evaluation Services of coursework completed outside of the United States.
Students are provided with information on scholarship options, and we schedule an interview by phone, in-person, or through video as part of the application preparation process.
Post-Acceptance
Once accepted by Spartan Health Sciences University, we continue to provide support by ensuring the acceptance response form is provided, and required deposits are processed. We also confirm enrollment and provide the necessary documentation to the student.
Our staff works with students to complete online orientation sessions with a Spartan Health Sciences University student counselor and to obtain the necessary Visa from St. Lucia to attend the school.
We provide students with an orientation packet that includes vital information to help with your move to St. Lucia.
We also assist in arranging housing for new students and providing any required assistance in booking a flight, ensuring all travel documents required are obtained and even in obtaining a bank loan for travel and education as required.

We provide counseling and support to the students through their course and apprise parents of the progress and performance of the students.
Arrival on St. Lucia
Upon arrival in St. Lucia, students will be met by Spartan Health Sciences University staff and given a tour of the local town, Vieux Fort. Students will be escorted to their apartment to unpack and settle in.
We arrange a day long Island Tour in which students are taken on a day tour of the island. This trip gives the new students the opportunity to meet and get to know other classmates, see the island, and relax before classes begin.
Throughout the next few days, students will have time to tour the island and then attend an Orientation Day on the first Monday of the trimester. Family and guests may attend this event, which allows students to meet with faculty and other students as well as tour the campus. On the Friday of the same week, we provide students with a white coat and stethoscope, and our White Coat Ceremony is an event that is cherished and remembers by students, guests, and family members.
Throughout the course of study, we are here to assist our students. Our Student Services members assist students with booking flights, exchanging foreign currency, arranging accommodation for visiting family and guest, and even assist in arranging travel for family and students to and from the island.
We also help students if emergency situations or unforeseen events occur. Students are well cared for throughout their stay, and the professionals at Zordha Education make student safety, health, and well-being our primary concern.
